"Staff were very helpful and friendly. When they realised we had a child with us they made up our sofa bed immediately. Breakfast was good but I don't think the scrambled eggs were from fresh, could have been dried eggs, but that's me being picky. Having the choice of fried or poached eggs would have made it perfect. Making our own waffles was a highlight for our daughter."

"I was looking for somewhere cheap and cheerful to bed down after seeing the illuminations. Yes the decor is a bit tired and dated but you get what you pay for. I've paid a lot more and got worse before! The room was clean, bed was comfy. Could have done with a couple of extra pillows but it's not a dealbreaker. Hotel didn't seem to get the note about having a wheelchair user, but there were only 3 steps to the room so we made that work. It was quiet over night, people were keen and were roaming...
