"Second time staying and the staff were just a friendly as the first stay. Rooms are spotless and comfortable - bar area an added bonus and breakfast included in the stay you really cannot complain! We were greeted as we came out of the lift with Happy new year! Our new hotel for when we visit out relatives. "

"An excellent stay at The Store - real attention to detail throughout the stay - from a free minibar, chocolate, and champagne on arrival. I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff, all taking time to speak to us and made to feel special. Rooms are spacious and have a luxury feel, and offers good value for money."

"It is such a lovely hotel. It smells just drvine and this was my third stay. The 2nd time in this room actually. Sadly the bathroom floor did have some small flecks of dirt, the bath had rust on and we were unable to get the plug out of the bath. These are such small minor things but are worthy of note. The staff were fabulous as usual. The communal eareas were beautifully decorated for Christmas. And whilst ive already said it it is worthy if a second mention. The hotel smells amazing! "
