"There were elements that looked like they could use a refresh or an update; Elevators, phones, carpet. The TV in our room was nice, but the picture quality didn't match. It was like we were watching old '90's broadcasts. However, these are nit-picky things. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient both for check-in and check out. They (I don't remember their names) were faster than I expected. Most importantly, our room was clean and our beds (pillows & sheets) were comfortable....

"We only stayed one night as we were driving to Moab but the hotel was in a great location, very clean, had a courteous staff, excellent breakfast, easy parking, and was perfect for what we needed. I would stay at Crystal Inn again and definitely would recommend to my friends. 5 stars!"
