"Good location for transport to bruges & hotel a good price. But no reception staff or facilities (time of year?). We had no power in the room 212. Got moved to the next floor, room 107, but no power there either or heating, so returned our stuff back to 212 where briefly he was able to get power on to.There was an emergency phone number, but we only found this the next day during the move on the 1st floor. We lost a couple of hours trying to sort the room out, which was annoying. To be fair the...

"The only problem i had were the people next door on room 323 shouting screaming help, and disgusted language. This was at 2 in the morning, but that had nothing to do with the hotel. Shame these people were there then it would've been perfect. "

"The location was perfect! The bus station was a 5 minute walk away, parking garage opposite the hotel, the centre was within a 10 minute walk, we absolutely loved our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful and the beds were very comfortable. Only negative was that the bathroom did have a not so nice smell from the shower, but we managed with the door closed. Would 100 percentage recommend and stay here again"

"Room was good and comfortable! I just didn’t like that you have to make your bed and put things together and take them off. Hello, that’s what are you paying for. Also no elevator and if you get the top floor like it happen to me is a lot of stairs."
