Got moved to the next floor, room 107, but no power there either or heating, so returned our stuff back to 212 where briefly he was able to get power on to.There was an emergency phone number, but we only found this the next day during the move on the 1st floor. "The location was perfect! The bus station was a 5 minute walk away, parking garage opposite the hotel, the centre was within a 10 minute walk, we absolutely loved our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful and the beds were very comfortable. Only negative was that the bathroom did have a not so nice smell from the shower, but we managed with the door closed. Would 100 percentage recommend and stay here again"

"We didn’t get the email to check in and showed up at 2:30 pm being told we couldn’t until 4. The first night there was some very loud techno beat until 4 amThe second night there was 9:40- midnight the heat wasn’t working and we were told that 68 should be warm enough. We asked for a blanket which we got but he didn’t seem happy. There was no one at the receptionist desk ever."
