We like that we get futons and sleep on the floor. Front desk staff speaks limited English, but they try their best to answer our questions. They will use a translator to help us understand if we have questions. They also loan out yukata for us to wear and we can onsen hop to other hotel onsen at no additional charge. "Wonderful stay. Friendly, professional and accommodating staff from the moment we drove up to the property to when we depart. The staff even helped to sort out our luggage delivery to the next accommodation in another city. Our hostess Matsuri was sweet, polite and gracious. The property itself is beautiful and exudes an old-world charm, and our room with in-room onsen is such a treat. The meals we had were also delicious and thoughtfully prepared and presented.
