"Everything about this property was amazing!! The staff was so kind and helpful, especially Chiba in the dining room. Please do get the half board option! The food I was served was incredible and worth almost as much as I paid for the hotel room. The onsen at the hotel is better than most of the public ones in town. "We had such a great stay at this property! It was an easy walk from the train station, and to the main streets as well. Staff was so kind and informative. They provided us with yukatas that kept us very warm while walking around. Staying here also gave us a pass to all the onsens!
