"Was comfy and area was good. If it hadn't have said that I had a bath shower rather than just a shower it wouldn't have been an issue but just a heads up if that's important to you. Bring your own coffee etc as there's literally just one pod and the room wasn't cleaned for the 5 nights I stayed. Pleasant but basic hotel with no amenities but if you just want to spend a few days by the seaside it's perfect "

"Never realised that Beach House Hotel had cottages which is where we stayed with our dog for one night. The cottage itself was very comfortable having two big tv screens on the wall one in the living room and one in the bedroom. A very large en-suite and all mod cons. All staff were very polite and a good breakfast in the morning. The hotel had a wonderful garden leading out to a great sea view."

"A fantastic stay. Even better and bigger than the pictures. Great value for money. Perfect location near the train station and all the shops. "When we arrived at the Griffin, to our surprise, our reservation was canceled. Apparently, the Griffin had a water leak and were in the process of repairing the damage. They said that an email was sent to us canceling our reservations 2 days prior. We were on a cruise at the time and did not get this email because we had no service while on the cruise. It was a very unfortunate situation. We are from the USA and found out upon arrival in England that our cell phones were not working properly so...
