"Hotel has a great location in Sanya, not far away from downtown and excellent view in the room. Got an upgrade when I check in. High season it is really expensive but we got a very good price this time. Must live here next time "

The crew were so accommodating, the place extremely clean and modern. It’s close to the beach but not too close making it so quiet. The ocean view from my room was spectacular and serene and most importantly the price is so reasonable. I’m so grateful that Ascott made such a great property in such a great location. "The hotel is just outside of Sanya City in a new tourist development area and has no shops etc. near it- There are dozens of large buildings all around, most of them standing empty- There's a lot of construction going on all around the hotel grounds, even late at night- The hotel itself appears shabby and ill-kept, as an example, the floors are finished concrete, but the concrete is beginning to spall and crack (this is in the interior hallways)- Water from the taps is not potable, so you have...

"Pleasantly surprised when we arrived in Sanya. Excellent rooms for the price and not too bad a location. The staff have poor English but we were able to get by just fine. Would stay there again and would recommend to others."
