"Ive stayed in many budget hotels and this one was the worst ever. It was disgustingly dirty and two of the three sinks in the shared bathroom area dont work. Shower was nasty and door looked opaque as they were so caked in limescale."

"No frills accommodation. Very close to norbiton station and kingston hospital. Comfortable. Basic kitchenette which i did not use"

"Accommodation fairly average, as with many hotels today. Bed ok if under 6ft. TV basic. The food was an Indian Restaurant - Quality of the food was excellent, but watch out for the service charge. Overall the hotel and restaurant were good for the price. "

"Had a great stay in an authentic British Inn… Bar area was a fun place to spend the evening after a day of sightseeing in London (only a 25 minute train journey)….place is older but very clean and welcoming. Watch your head….low beams and tight staircase… not suitable for persons with mobility issues…. Rugby game days will be very busy, if that’s not your thing then avoid those days… we will definitely stay again. Oh.. and good price point…"

"Far below what i expected.no towels, no complimentary tea or coffee.shower room far below the standard , shower holder broken as well shower door broken. The wholeplace can be renovated. I enjoyed the canal walk and couple of beers. It surely can made into acceptable place."
