"When I wanted a receipt (before check out) the personnel at the front desk said "you'll see it from your third-party account" meaning Expedia, however upon check out, we received it with no problem. We enjoyed our stay and the staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful. No issues whatsoever. Thank you! "

"Front desk personnel very nice and informative. Room has plenty of built in storage. Only issue was lack of towels in room.( one towel for a 4 person room) Front desk was happy to supply needed linens. "

"We went for a quick getaway, and are already planning a longer trip back with our kids. The staff were so helpful (we forgot all our toiletries) and the setting was gorgeous. It’s a lodge in a national park, not a luxury retreat in Aspen, so accommodations fit the setting, but all in all we were really happy. The only ding is that the mattress wasn’t *great* but we were fine. "

"The hotel is dated and services is limited. However the staff is extremely friendly and helpful and we had what we needed. Our room was clean and the bathroom appeared to be recently renovated. Lots of outlets. Breakfast was limited, but always eggs and some kind of breakfast food available. Good value for the cost."
