"We really enjoyed the hotel for the most part. We were somewhat disappointed with rhe pillows, which were thin lumpy and only 2 were available. There were 2 thin towels and no face cloths. "

"This was a lovely place to stay and enjoy the Salisbury Cathedral city experience. Lots of positive points: quiet rooms, truly wonderful hospitality, proximity to the cathedral and town centre, great buffet breakfast, reasonable price. And the highlight was being able to stroll across the road to experience the beauty of a cathedral choral evensong service, with a superb Bach cantata and wonderful organ music (though you can access that even if staying elsewhere). Only one disappointment for...

"Was comfy and area was good. If it hadn't have said that I had a bath shower rather than just a shower it wouldn't have been an issue but just a heads up if that's important to you. Bring your own coffee etc as there's literally just one pod and the room wasn't cleaned for the 5 nights I stayed. Pleasant but basic hotel with no amenities but if you just want to spend a few days by the seaside it's perfect "

"Hotel is a fabulous property and has a felling from another era. Staff are helpful and friendly and service was great. Rooms were clean and everywhere felt well kept. We only had one issue and that was with the bed mattress as it was a wire sprung mattress and felt very uncomfortable to us as we prefer modern hybrid mattresses. This would not stop us from staying here again as everything else was great."
