"Lovely stay in Dorset Suite with 4 poster bed. Big and comfortable, but floor dips and is very creaky. The bathroom had a jacuzzi bath which was great but bathroom a bit worn. Breakfast great and hotel receptionist was lovely. Just be aware that music may go on until 4am. "

There was lots of activities to do such as use of the spa, fitness classes, swimming pool and great gym. I only made use of the gym but on both occasions the staff were just fab, really nice. We didn't make use of the restaurant as we had already made arrangements elsewhere yet we absolutely would have done. The menu looked good and prices reasonable. "Hotel is tired and needs some attention on paintwork Room was not clean , bits on the carpet , cobwebs , no mattress cover just 1 sheet over bare mattress Had run out of vinegar at meal time Mainly all staff were friendly and very good with my disabled daughter "
