"Lovely large room, perfect location, breakfast good.....watch out for parking charges, when we booked it said 24 hours was £20 but it was £34.50 at weekend and £25 weekday!"

Lovely as you are almost in the centre of Brighton, close to the seafront so not too much walking to get where you want to go. "

"Small guest house very pleasant, helpful welcoming staff. The bed was lovely and clean with soft comfy pillows 3 each. Bed was soft. The room was perfect temperature & we slept well, felt safe and secure. It was so quiet. The bathroom is tiny but we coped fine it was only one night and we had plenty of nice towels. Kettle so we could have a cuppa. Just a stones throw from the beach. "

"The apartments are lovely, and have everything you need; washing machine, microwave, toaster, oven etc. The only thing that would stop me coming again, is the exorbitant price charged for dogs. £20 per dog PER NIGHT! We have 2 small dogs, staying for 5 nights which would be an extra £200 on the bill! We queried it, and they reduced it to £15 per dog per night. But that is still an extra £150. Other places we have stayed in, charge between £20-£50 per stay. So, as lovely and convenient as it is,...

"The staff were welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was terrible, limited choice, very underwhelming sausages and rubbery scrambled eggs. Better off going up to wetherspoons"

"Beautiful place, able to roam around and see the animals freely. Only issue is that it is quite far from any shops other than services. Would recommend visiting with a car"
