"Great for a night before and after a trip to Iceland. Used the shuttle. Room was reasonably spacious and the bed comfortable. We managed to keep two large suitcases open on surfaces. The included breakfast (unusual these days ) was ample and good. One of two elevators not working, apparently for a long time. Allow time if you plan to use the elevator. There was coffee in the lobby which was nice since we had to spend time waiting there. "

"There were few things I noticed with the hot tub. The tub paint were floating in the water. And in the room I was in it almost look like they were working on it because it was ducktaped on the side. Not sure if the guy at check in was having a bad day but wasn’t as friendly as i was expecting when I checked-in. I didn’t do breakfast so I can’t comment on that. Hopefully next time, i have a better room if i decide to come here again. The lady at check out was friendly. "

"This is exactly what I needed in New York, a clean bed in a nice room with good communcal spaces for working. The only downside was the bathroom because I was on the shared floor and female bathrooms were on another floor so it was a bit of a pain but honestly solid value for money in New York and a really nice alternative to a regular hostel."

"This is place was a good spot to get away from all the actions. Unfortunately the staff was neutral and they didnt clean my room after a 3 day stay. When I asked if they would clean, no one knew anything about the cleaning schedule. There are multiple shopping stops near the area. I give it a 4 for the overall price which was way cheaper than New York City. "
