"I travel to Newark area often in transit and usually stay at an “airport hotel”. For a change I chose TRYP and enjoyed every second. The staff went above and beyond from front desk, to housekeeping to the restaurant. A huge shoutout to the restaurants JAYSEN and his supervisor Felix for their attention to detail, excellent service and hospitality. I highly recommend not just the hotel but the restaurant. "The gentleman that checked me into my room was not very pleasant, the breakfast was not opened at 6:00 as advertised (unlocked door at 6:05) which was disappointing since I wanted to grab one of their delicious cinnamon rolls for the shuttle ride scheduled to leave at 6:00. There was no regular coffee in the foyer in the early morning either, only decaf…BUT the shuttle driver WAS WONDERFUL..,SO pleasant and helpful…Shame on me for not getting his name to give him the kuddos he so rightly...

"The hotel was nice. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was hot and ready. The room was comfortable but could have used a little closer attention when cleaning, just in the details. Check in was fast and easy. The pool area needs a key to get in to and ours did not work. We walked to the front desk only to be told all the keys were not working because the shut them off due to kids trying to enter the pool area without adult supervision.
