"The Tru hotel in Saint Charles was near perfect for the purpose. It was very close to everywhere I wanted to go, the room was a nice size and the staff was very friendly. My only complaint was that they didn't fully communicate the housekeeping arrangements. Based on posted information, housekeeping would clean the room every other day, but they didn't mention that you needed to request it. After I got the necessary information the place was exactly right."

"The check in was very quick and easy, room was very clean and comfortable. I think it may have been the first hotel I've been at that the shades/window coverings blocked out all of the light. No light coming around the edge of the curtains, just a extremely dark room! It was amazing. Breakfast had a good selection, and tasted good. The hotel's location has it situated close to a bunch of stores and restaurants, so you not have to travel outside 3 miles for any possible need."
