"We love to stay on a river, so looked around for something near St. Louis and this looked perfect. After a hot day of driving we were thrilled to walk into the house with the AC on, music playing, lights on, a bottle of wine on the table and fresh cookies on the counter. I have never had such a nice welcome to a VRBO - nice touches! We enjoyed being on the river, but disappointed that it was almost too hot to sit on the porch (obviously no one's fault, just bad timing). However, it was fun to watch the barges go by and the house had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts live right next door, and we had a nice talk with their daughter and a visit from their dogs."

"The room was standard with 2 queen beds. No frills, but perfect for what we needed which was simply a place to change clothes and sleep. The outdoor pool was very nice and the back patio was a nice place to enjoy the warm breakfast. The free shuttle to Hollywood Ampitheater was the best perk yet!"

"The bed was horribly uncomfortable and noisy for someone with a degenerative spine condition. Otherwise, great stay. Clean. "

"This was the second time our family stayed there and it was because of the people. The place felt like home and was very comfortable. When we didn’t have hot water, they fixed it. They were very gracious when we had to leave a day early because the soccer tournament ended sooner than expected. We would highly recommend this hotel."
