"What a find! I booked at the very last minute - literally an hour or so before arrival - and feel I was very lucky to have chosen The Vale. "Overall it was pretty good to be fair, though I think a few things could be improved. The check in was straight forward and you're given a printed sheet to put in the front of the car to cover parking in the pay & display at the rear of the building.
