"I had read some reviews on this location and they were not that great. However, with Wyndham on board they are making improvements to this very conveniently located motel. The free breakfast had some variety we enjoyed, which included bake your own waffles, and fresh fruit. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and there was plenty of lighting and power/usb outlets to access. I would stay here again. "

"The property was fine, service fine... and now... COFFEE undrinkable! I commented on this after our November stay, and the nasty coffee remains undrinkable. I had to go to CircleK down the street before breakfast to take into the dining area. Fix the coffee issue, and you'll be 5 Stars!"

"Nice, newly renovated house that is short walking distance from downtown Southern Pines. Perfect spot for a get-away with friends. Felt like we were one of the first groups to stay in the place since the renovation. Nice outdoor space with a firepit in the backyard. House has 4 BRs with 6 total beds and 2 full bathrooms. Brand new kitchen if you plan to cook. Overall a really nice place in a very convenient location to downtown Southern Pines and a short drive to Pinehurst, Fort Liberty and...
