Should you decide to visit the picturesque town of Pinehurst, then look no further? If you are attending a function at The Fair Barn, driving will be optional, because you can easily walk across the street. Perfect for Fair Barn event
This is a wonderful property. Very clean, excellent communication and the bed was SO comfortable. We walked to the Fair Barn for an event and it took less than 5 minutes. We would absolutely stay here again.

First visit to Pinehurst
We had a wonderful first visit to Pinehurst and were thrilled to be so comfortably and conveniently located near all of the area amenities, while enjoying the peaceful quiet of life on the fairway in November. Enjoyed Charlotte's Perched in Pinehurst. Property was nicely decorated, clean and great location. My sister and I had a lovely weekend in Pinehurst/Southern Pines. We didn’t cook but the kitchen appeared to have everything required to prepare meals. We were literally minutes to restaurants and shops in both in Pinehurst and Southern Pines. Would definitely return.

Quaint condo
Nice one bedroom condo close to everything, Very clean and all the comforts of home. Charlotte was wonderful to work with. Would most definetely stay there again.
