"Everything was phenomenal with the property but the coffee in the AM was the very worst coffee I’ve tasted in my entire life!!!! Also. The continental breakfast should be included with the room rate!!!! All I had was a bagel in the morning and the waitress wanted to charge me. I was like no way especially after that horrible coffee! "The room was cold so I didn't sleep well the first night. After everything warmed up the second night I rested well. Disappointed tub drain wouldn't hold water - no baths. Shower & linens were more than adequate. Breakfast was just ok. Food was not hot enough for my tastes. All staff were very friendly. Would visit again."

"My stay allowed me to visit friends, complete personal business, and enjoy the beautiful area. I found the hotel homelike, set in a woodsy spot with easy access to drive in and out to any destination. All the staff were great. The building is older which I liked; it was well maintained. "It is clean and comfortable. Very basic breakfast. The waffles are the best choice. The decor is a bit dated but ok The best part was walking across the street to hickory tavern ate there both nights and a caribou coffee too. When you cross the bridge there is a board missing so you have to be careful. Staff was very nice and friendly. Rooms clean. Had no problems. I would book again. "
