"Room was massive lots off tean and coffees supplies , bed was super comfy staff were friendly.and welcoming. Extra cost for dogs not on website , but very dog friendly "

"All in all nice little cottage for a couple and good as was pet friendly to go up Durham to visit our son up uni and take our dog to see him too. Cottage was nice a little place although i think the tv was slightly too high on wall. As we arrived there were 3 plumbing vans parked outside so had to park out side another cottage for bout hour n half till they moved their vans after going in pub at front of cottages before parking own car then outside our own cottage. "I was only one night so I didn’t care too much but it was good if you want an economic option to stay"

"The property itself was well kept, clean, and had good utilities. Parking was not at all clear, since it seemed to be in a permit-only area so I parked about 10 minutes away on foot. Strange area to stay in, but again, the place itself was nice and well kept."

"The rooms have all recently been refurbished to a good standard. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were really comfortable. Most rooms have walk-in showers. The only thing to make people aware of is that it's on a busy road but it's quiet overnight."
