"Everything was great as far as the room itself. My problem was with the desk girl. I had this room booked for awhile. I called & she said they fully book regardless of my reservation. So I went in & she said the exact same thing & said she can get me a room at another one of their locations, but then she finally checked the computer which she should’ve done in the first place & saw that my room in fact was actually open. Other than that it was great room was amazing & the maids always come by...

"Overall clean, comfortable bed. Linen was clean.refrigerator, microwave, tv all worked.Shuttle to airport, was happy for that. Breakfast was served at 6am same time as my departure. Didn’t look like a lot of options. Love the proximity to airport will definitely stay again when I visit Houston again. "
