"I appreciated the welcome call I received from the staff, guiding me to find the hotel, which was nice and easy. I did have to wait outside a little, as the instructions on how to enter aren’t quite that easy to understand, but only a couple of minutes and I was greeted. I was shown to my room, which was fine for one night. I slept really well, the room was nice and warm and the bed was fine. There was a nice hot shower and decent bathroom. "Lovely old building and very friendly greeting. Good communication. Continental breakfast included in the price but make sure you go early, otherwise you might not get everything on offer. "

"Nice family pub. It can be a bit noisy during pub open hours but my family were very comfortable and had a great nights sleep. The bar below sells nice selection of beers and the play area kept our daughter busy so we could relax."

"My wife and I visited for a show in town, and the hotel was in a great location for accessing the town centre. The decoration was unique and really pleasant, the bathroom was lovely, and the bed was very comfy. We also really enjoyed having keypads to access both the building and room so we didn’t have to worry about keys/cards."
