They cleaned our room and provided us with extra towels when asked. We also felt safe since you cannot just walk in- you ring the bell and they have to let you in. We were worried the shared bathrooms...

"Its a decent hotel at quite center of london. For a decent price. Much better than staying at the airBnB or hostels. Its close to chancery lane tube station and has plenty restaurants nearby. The breakfast is okayish but the hosts are very hospitable. "
