I thought that housekeeping had not finished the room( making the bed). Very unusual bed treatment...

"We stayed 5 nights while we were visiting our daughter in Marysville, Ohio for Thanksgiving. The room was lovely, so clean & perfectly warm which we could control the heat. The staff also excellent from check in to the maintenance person checking every morning to see if we needed anything like extra towels or removing trash, to the woman we saw everyday when we went in for breakfast, which was perfect, coffee, waffles, bagels, fruit & much more.
