I don't even have words. first off. my daughter was excited for breakfast so we went down there and one of the housekeepers was like in the most condescending tone ever breakfast ends at 9:00 like it always has,that hurt my daughter's feelings and it was nine they clean up at 8:30. then I wanted a water so I ask the front desk guy he said no water water bottles are only available to Elite members. I never felt.. so beneath someone in my life. they hurt my feelings not to mention Christy swiped my card so it would work again becauseI tried to do it the night before.and the kid was too busy playing Call Call of Duty and didn't acknowledge me. luckily my girlfriend let me in. also also my encounters with Christy have not been good she shook her head at me when I asked for a bottle of water and she shook her head at me and rolled her eyes at me when I had to get a new card. not to mention look at the pictures I don't have words we have nowhere else to go so this is going to have to do. I hope I get some acknowledgment from this because. I was planning on staying here all week but I check out Tuesday and I'm going to have to go somewhere else. also I am a Choice Privilege member and I'm pretty sure gold status or silver Status get250 pointswere their choice of water or snack I haven't even complained about about what I foundand my room I'm going to save them the humility and hopefully upper management contacts me. The first room we checked into had the most foul odor, I became sick at the thought of staying there for the night. The carpets had visible food or vomit raised on the surface. Thankfully another room was available, but the top blankets looked dirty as well as the surfaces of the tables and entertianment unit. The doors exiting the building are missing any type of lock or latch, making the building unsecure. Our neighbors played loud music until 1:30 AM, so needless to say I had a very sleepless night worried about our safety, cleanliness of the room, and the noise. This morning when we went down for breakfast, less than half of the food was actually available, and what was available appeared stale or out of date. We decided against breakfast, which was one of the items I wanted from our stay. When leaving the hotel, I noticed the garbages overflowing outside. Every door to rooms, hallways and exits were filthy, the elevator was very dirty and smelled poorly, with a very large food or liquid spill on the flooring. I would not recommend this hotel location to anyone. This was my first stay at a Quality Inn and I will never book with this brand again.

Extreme bargain property at middle hotel prices. This place was filthy - rooms were unclean, showers grimy and with very limited hot water, beds stained and covered in dirt, hallways stained with spilled liquids on wall, doors caked in greasy filth. Beds uncomfortable and the poorest quality pillows.

Overall, the stay and the property are fine. However, the only vending machines, especially for bottled water, are out of service. The offerings in the breakfast area are generous, but don't include water other than for tea.

Everything was great except laundry room dryer won
Stay was great. Needed to do a load of laundry, washer worked fine. 1st dryer the coun thing was stuck. The second coin dryer I was able to put the coins in, but when I went to start it, it wouldnt start. Went to front desk and they let me use one of their dryers. He said free of charge, but I didnt get my coins back.

Affordable and comfortable
The man who checked me in was very nice and friendly. I was checked in quickly. He let me know about the hours of the continental breakfast, hours that the pool was open and that coffee, tea and juice would be available to me at anytime. My room was comfortable and close to the doors outside and near the ice machine.I didn’t hear other guests while in my room and once i closed the curtain I couldn't hear outside noises. The shower had great pressure-the best that I have ever had at a hotel! My bed was so comfortable that I slept through breakfast! My only complaint is that I thought there was a hot tub and it was not open. Other than that I had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay there again!

While the host who checked me in was lovely, the room was not. We stayed all of 10 minutes, long enough to make a reservation elsewhere. I could not in good conscience have my kids sleep in a bed with blood stained sheets, food splatter crusted on the lamp and ceiling, used paper plates in the linen closet, and general filth of the pillow cases and rest of the room. I cried, we made new plans and left.
