Picked this place for the hot tub and it didnt work. The phone in the room didnt work. The ac didnt work so the room was so hot. Then at 7:30am was woken up to 4 men talking so load and getting high outside my window I couldn't sleep nor could my kids. I had a long drive I needed sleep.

I didn't like that this was my second booking and I had to switch rooms because room service was absolutely trash my bedding wasn't changed there was hair all in the bed the door to my room didn't lock and smelled really bad I will not be booking with Wyndham hotel I gave them a second chance and was disappointed again

Like other reviews, said, this property is older and it shows. my room was clean and the staff was friendly-er. he only complaint is that the king size bed sunk in the middle and the sheets were clean but worn.

The hot tub was broken the pool area heaters were broken one out of five worked the pool water was so cold you couldn't stay in plus no heat in the pool area. Rooms flooring was peeling up bathroom ceiling molding and stucco falling off. Continental breakfast was same thing every morning watered down scrambled eggs and uncooked sausage links. The fitness center was closed the 4 days we were there. Owners were very rude would start taking down breakfast even if people were in there shutting the doors while they are pulled out the garbage cans and bags right by the tables while people were eating.

Got a four-person room didn't have enough amenities for everyone didn't have any soap shampoo enough towels or wash rags and the tub would not drain so I couldn't take a shower this was Valentine's Day weekend 2025 so overall I feel like my money went to waste felt like I was staying at a motel not a hotel

Pergo floors wer all curled up with dirt in the cracks. Cha ged rooms. Second room had black curly hair on the toilet seat. I used Expediia and the desk clerk could not find my reservation.

I like staying at this hotel. Nice, clean, friendly staff. The beds are very comfortable. I have stayed 3 times in the last year, every room I have had , it’s nice and quiet. I appreciate the fact I can stay there and get a nice and quiet place to sleep for a night. The price is very reasonable.
