Overall it was a great experience. Clean and well maintained. Our only hang ups were housekeeping was a little loud and the towels were very thin and rough.

Nice property, just needs some improvement with cleanliness, hallways need vacuuming, bathroom lacks cleanliness, shower walls needs cleaning with bleach, needs a clean shower curtain, corner of bathroom floor, caulking around toilet is worn out, uncomfortable to sit on.

It was a bit of a rough stay for a single night here. The rooms are not very soundproof, and I could hear people on both sides of my room well into 2am very clearly. When checking in around 11pm, there was no warm water in the shower; at 8am, there was still no warm water in the shower. The air conditioning/heater unit was also set to cold although it was never above 35 degrees all day. The facility itself was decent (beds, parking, quick access to I-71), but it definitely wasn't the most comfortable stay with the extras outlined above.

There was dried up throw up behind the couch and the hot water barely worked! I called twice and emailed management regarding this matter and still have not heard a response it’s going on 4 days ! Before returning my key another woman in line had the same issue as far as the hot water. Also when I woke up for breakfast there was no breakfast out

This is a nice place to stay for an evening or two. Pillows were terrible and there was a very thin covering on the bed. Rooms are clean and very basic.
