"I really enjoyed my short stay, I felt super comfortable the moment I got into my room. It was super clean and tidy which is always the most important thing for me. The view of the Eiger was amazing. The staff was super nice and helpful, I even had to go to the hospital because I got ill and the lady at the desk was super nice and helpful with finding me a doctor. "I stayed at a small single room with shared bathroom, early April. Room is basic and fairly small, and breakfast is simple and economical. I found it a bit pricey for the room, but I guess everything is expensive in Zermatt anyway. Staff was very friendly, and as long as you don’t expect anything fancy it should be alright. Thanks :)"
