"The hotel is super close to Brussels Midi Station, less than 10 minutes walk. Also very close to the bus stop to catch the bus to central Brussels, the staff was very nice, they storage our luggage before the check in. The room was very spacious and clean. Definitely a good and convenient place to stay. Pura vida!"

"A comfortable hotel, but Hotels.com needs to make it clearer that this is one of those European hotels without staff, where one needs codes to enter the building and room. Unfortunately, the hotel never sent me the codes, and I stood outside the door for a good ten minutes before a kind passerby helped me by calling the hotel for me to ge the codes (my US phone doesn't work in Europe). Aside from that pretty major mistake, the room was fine."
