"Walking up four flights of steep stairs to access our small room with no heat, no refrigerator, no hot water and zero water pressure was just the beginning of this nightmare. Tried to communicate with host about our displeasure to no avail. Outside temperature was below freezing and room was barely above freezing. Apparently the bottom floor is somewhat of a shared area with a stove etc but definitely not something I would want to share with others. Would not recommend"

"That could have been a perfect hotel, if not for several things that kind of ruined the experience. Let me first start with the good things - the location is absolutely superb, it's a big villa located virtually in the middle of a forest. The house is wonderful and the room was spacious and decorated with style. But... "Owners, a young couple, contact you the day of your arrival on Whatsapp and explains clearly how to selfckeck in to the duplex apartment. "Unfortunately the place was extremely dirty and the room did not correspond to the one I have booked. There was a lot of dust on the furniture, the pavement was filthy and found dirty toilet paper in the bathroom. It is very close to Brussels Midi station which can be a plus but the area is not so safe if you are traveling alone."

"I rarely share my reviews on Expedia but I would say I really like this accomodation. The staff were super friendly and the room was spacious and well equipped. Enjoyed a really comfortable stay here. There are workshops in the hotel occasionally which makes the hotel even more lively. :) The only limitation I can think of is that there are only limited restaurants/shops near the hotel so you will need to go back to the city centre."
