"Lovely, quiet B&B close to the centre of Zermatt, just over 10 minutes walk from both the train stations and the Matterhorn lifts. Room was quiet, warm and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was plentiful! Evening drinks available too (free voucher if you skip room cleaning) - the night porter was especially chatty and friendly! Would def stay again."

"I gave the property 4 stars for the age of the property, especially in the room (carpet, decor, etc.), and incrediblye tiny-ness of the bathroom-- it's smaller than RV bathrooms but gets the job done. HOWEVER, for the area and for primarily being a ski resort rental, it was way more than adequate and I'd definitely stay there again. "This is a true Swiss lodge at nearly the top of nowhere. The staff is friendly but it helps to have a little German or French. Be sure you specify exactly what you want in a room..like a shower AND toilet, or you may be sharing. You need to be fit enough to walk up to 4 flights with all your stuff. Our top floor room was lovely with 2 comfy twin beds, multiple windows and even a small sleeping loft (for kids?).
