"Cheap rates with good value for the money. Not glamours or in a great neighborhood, but-The room was adequate, the bed comfortable, and the water hot. Check in was professional and I received help with a taxi upon checkout. I've paid more for a lot less "

"Everything was good related to price "

"The reception staff were very friendly and helpful (they assisted me with getting a taxi to the airport when I was having trouble.) Overall, the value for the price was great. The room/hotel was decently clean and the shower had hot water. One thing to note is there aren’t bedside lamps or charging ports for your phone. It is very close to the Malecón. "

" When I arrived there were no rooms available, the receptionist had a malicious attitude, it is a hotel that shows one thing on networks and when I arrived it is a very different one with dirty and poorly organized areas, when I was going to leave, as if by magic a room appeared, When I went to see it, it was in worse condition than anything I had seen. "Wonderful staff and fantastic location but this is a 2-star hotel. You get what you pay for. You may get mould on walls, only half the light fixtures working and a cockroach on your bed as we did. And we supposedly got a renovated room. So if you’re looking for practical this is your place but not ideal for else. Also when you’re next to the main plaza you also get all the public activity inside your room! "

"My room was a good size, it was clean well maintained. The only thing I wasn’t keen on was that it was in the ground floor. There were some very small ants too, but in such a hot climate it’s probably to be expected. However they were minute and didn’t cause any issues. The hosts/staff were very welcoming and friendly. "Nice property that needs some TLC. Still everything worked and it had good air conditioning. The staff were friendly, I slept well on the bed and the TB worked well. WiFi was OK. Veneer was peeling off the door and it needs a few other fixes but for the price, it was a bargain and clean comfortable hotel in a very good area in the port. Just a few minutes walk from the Zocalo and lots of shops restaurants and bars "
