No tuvimos luz y por tanto el aire acondicionado no servía, al menos no hacía calor. Luego se fue el agua caliente y tuvimos que bañarnos dos días con agua fría. No tiene servicio de comida. La alberca se veía un poco sucia, no nos metimos. El edificio se ve muy decaído y descuidado, nada que ver con las fotos de la publicación. Preguntamos si podíamos tener un reembolso (viernes) y nos dijeron que si pero contabilidad llegaba hasta el martes y no teníamos la certeza de que realmente lo hicieran, así que tuvimos que quedarnos. El personal es muy amable, entendemos que ellos no pueden resolver todo, pero definitivamente no lo recomiendo. Por último, las sábanas que nos pusieron estaban manchadas de sangre, las fundas y sábanas "blancas" se veían amarillas por lo viejas y percudidas que estaban y la cama estaba muy muy dura, se notaba el colchón viejisimo. La tele no tenía ningún canal y no es smart, así que tampoco pudimos abrir ninguna app.

En su momento quiza hace 30 años debi de haber sido un gratisimo hotel estuve el pasado puente del 5 de febrero..tres noches in agua caliente, el elevado esta de adorno -no sirve quien sabe desde cuando- no hay telefonos en las habitaciones. Imposible comunicarse con recepcion haya que subir y bajar por unas escalera del asco.NO LO RECOMIENDO HAGANME CASO...

El Hotel estaba infestado de cucarachas por todos lados, solicite el rembolso de lo pago por el cuarto (fue por tarjeta de debido) y nunca me devolvieron el dinero.

Todo estuvo excelente lo único malo es q se fue la luz presisane el día q llegue estuvimos toda la noche sin no es posible q un hotel no cuente con una planta de luz para ese tipo de emergencia y más x la ubicación del hotel
