It was all good until it was time to turn on the ac it didwork so i went to tell the desk girl about it and all she said was you would've said it early is late and she had an attitude really rude

Bueno es el servicio, pero si gustan nunca se esperen en el hotel Villa del Mar especial, no tiene agua, los climas no funcionan agua humedad su personal muy malo, recomiendo mejor el Hotel Dorado, Ojo, Nose, en el hotel Villa del Mar, la señorita o señora que está ahí me dio alta llenita, no te soluciona nada y dice que no merece descuento porque fue por la aplicación

Ni siquiera vale lo poco que cuesta, es un hotel barato así que no esperaba grandes lujos, sin embargo, las habitaciones están sucias y con mal olor. Me tuvieron que cambiar tres veces de habitación, la primera se quedó inexplicablemente sin energía eléctrica, en la segunda se quedó sin aire acondicionado y ya en la tercera tuvimos que soportar el olor a humedad y la manchas de moho en las paredes. Por si todo lo demás no hubiera sido suficientemente en todo momento el personal fue muy grosero (raro en Veracruz) y parecía que lejos de corregir errores del hotel, me estaban haciendo un favor. No caigan, hay mucho mejores opciones por el mismo precio.

En la puerta de la habitación que me toco no tenia seguro, el pasador esta a desnivel, tenia que poner fuerza para poder colocarlo, dicen que hay internet pero nunca dejo conectarse, y para terminar en el baño hay cucarachas

El hotel es bueno en precio pero las camas muy mal pues suenan mucho desde que te sientas en ella. Al rededor del hotel si está sucio y hay pocas opciones para comer. Lo bueno que tiene es que la playa está a una cuadra.
