"Cozy and comfortable hotel in the German Alps, with very friendly and helpful staff. The check in was modern and efficient, smoother than in any modern big city hotel. We loved to walk outside the hotel and immediately be surrounded by nature and extensive walking and biking trails. The 600 year old church 100 yards away adds to the charm of this wonderful lodge. When I was booking the room it was written that room has air conditioning and when I arrived I asked about air condition. I was laughed at by one owner that I requested about it because they don`t have it and they don`t need to have it. When I went down to the reception the wife`s owner asked me if everything is ok. "We had the best stay at this hotel. The self check in was very different but we managed to figure it out. The only thing I would recommend is to mention the check in telephone booth is at the back of hotel in your email. Well done! "
