"Rental management is disorganized and confusing. The property has multiple rental management groups which are not connected and do not communicate with each other. Front desk staff is not helpful at all and after 5pm has no authority to help customers with accommodation requests or issues… prices are extremely high for the poor service provided by the staff "

"Location is great! unit is as described and very clean. kitchen is really just a microwave and refrigerator so don't plan on cooking anything. I'm not sure what counts as "ski-in/ski-out" but it is about a 7-8 minute walk including 1 elevator and 3 escalators to get to the base of the slope. The hotel is not going to go out of their way to help you once they know you are part of a VRBO so just be aware of that. However, their cookies after 3pm each day are awesome after being on the slopes all...

"It was the Ritz and it lived up to that name. Hotel service was friendly and accommodating, the room was luxurious and spacious, the kitchen was more than adequate to our cooking needs, and I think my husband still dreams about that giant couch. The property is in a beautiful mountainside setting. It has activities onsite -- hiking, pool, spa, etc. -- and offers a frequent and easy to use shuttle to Beaver Creek village where more activities and restaurants are available. We had a very relaxing...
