"We found the staff very friendly and the apartments very comfortable and excellent value. The position of the hotel by a small harbour was very pretty and it was very easy to go either into the town or explore the countryside. Our favourite part of the hotel was the pool which was very attractive indeed and easy to access from the apartments. There were shady and sunny areas by the pool. "

"Great beachfront location. Good size rooms with comfy bedding. WiFi did not work in the room, and show curtain cuts shower space in half. Minor things really. Overall a good stay. "

"This property was beautiful! Right on the beach!!! Wonderful view of the sea from the room and patio! The room was tastefully decorated and everything was clean and welcoming. The hotel grounds had flowering landscaping and the whole atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. The best part was that you could walk out of your room and be right on the sands of a lovely beach! "Great location in Omalos. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We stayed two days and they brought us to the Samaria Gorge and the Mount Gingilos. They even organized to send our luggage to our next destination, so we wouldn't have to carry them in the Samaria Gorge. e had breakfast and dinner there, very good. They even prepared lunch for us."

"Our family of 9 enjoyed our stay at Forum Suites this summer! The property is well maintained with a lot of privacy between all the rooms. The rooms are large with all amenities and very comfortable beds. Everyone who works there was great and you could see they take an active interest in ensuring their guests have everything they need and enjoy their stay. The only opportunity for improvement is the breakfast buffet - although it very fresh - it could use a few more options from day to day. I...

"Overall it was great value for money and beautiful views from the balcony. Staff were welcoming. The room had good interior decor however we felt there needed to be further renovations to the hotel. It was quite noisy in the room from the main road traffic. The pool side area was very nice with great views. The beach was a bit unclean with cigarette ends etc but cannot always be helped I know. The breakfast was ok but the cooked produce could be improved as appeared dried out and unappetising....

"I booked 2 separate rooms believing the location was on Chania center as the map points to. But when we arrived to Chania and took a taxi, the location was much further out than we anticipated. Even right before I submitted my experience, the map still points to the center of Chania, but in all due respect, the staff were more than cordial and very helpful as they coordinated my excursions to the Samia Gorge and 3 more locations."
