"The beds were comfortable, the rooms were not dirty and it was nice to not have carpet (we were on floor 1). The front staff were extremely kind and helpful. However, the bedding was thin, the mini fridge was loud, and I hadn’t realized that the alarm clock was set for 5 am! Overall, not a bad room but I will not be booking here again. "

"Chose this hotel to spend a night in the city for my daughters birthday. They really wanted to stay with a pool and hot tub. After arriving at the property we realized that the hot tub as featured on Expedia no longer existed. This was very disappointing as that was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. The staff at the front desk was very nice but when I called for an extra bath towel as we had 5 in a room and they only stock 4 towels, the staff who answered wasnt the nicest. Breakfast...

"Property was very clean, all employees were great. Breakfast was awesome.Pool and hot tub area was clean. Housekeeping came every day and my child forgot her tablet in the room and they called me promptly. Our new favourite belleville hotel after 2 visits"
