He wasn't rude or anything, but also not as friendly as some other places we've stayed. I've seen better, but also I've seen worse. The room in general was fine. "I'd give 4.5 stars if I could. The room was beautiful and the bed was comfortable. The room was also spacious. I was disappointed in the bathroom though. It was a little tight on space and the amenities seemed dated. It didn't fit with the rest of the room. It was still very clean though. Overall we had a great stay and would come again. "

Didnt see much of the area around. Stayed for one night, grabbed an uber to go to the steelers game. That was an easy process and less than 20 mins to get to the stadium"

We also had to go to the front desk to ask for additional linens to use on the sleeper sofa. We were also charged for breakfast that we weren’t expecting. "The staff was very nice. My room was nice except the bathroom door was broken, one of the faucets in the tub was broken and about 3 or 4 lights were out. They didn't have a maintenance person. The young lady who worked in the cafe was the cook, bartender, waitress and shuttle driver. They had a sold out crowd with families because of the Powerade Wrestling Clinic.
