"Everything was in place and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Just a few things to mention. The carpet in the elevator needs replaced. It is a trip hazard. Some duct tape was holding some areas down. Door handle on room was loose and very problematic. Luggage cart needs replaced, very hard to steer. "

"Old motel but kept up and very clean. Extremely simple but tasteful decor. Windows that open, a ceiling fan, chairs under a covered porch, and a communal fire pit and charcoal grill. I love this motel and feel it is a great value. I do not love hotels that are all shut up with no fresh air and no place to be outside. If you are like me you will especially love this place. "

"Spent my birthday at the inn and dined there. The inn is appointed beautifully and the room I stayed in was comfortable and quiet. The history that the inn reflects is amazing! I was greeted warmly when I arrived and the staff was very friendly. The dinner and breakfast were fabulous and the food delicious! Beef wellington for dinner with vegetable and mashed potatoes.
