"The hotel in general was nice. Everything was clean. The man at the front desk wasn't extremely friendly, although he got us checked in quickly. He wasn't rude or anything, but also not as friendly as some other places we've stayed. I've seen better, but also I've seen worse. The room in general was fine. Didnt see much of the area around. Stayed for one night, grabbed an uber to go to the steelers game. That was an easy process and less than 20 mins to get to the stadium"

We also had to go to the front desk to ask for additional linens to use on the sleeper sofa. We were also charged for breakfast that we weren’t expecting. "The staff was very nice. My room was nice except the bathroom door was broken, one of the faucets in the tub was broken and about 3 or 4 lights were out. They didn't have a maintenance person. The young lady who worked in the cafe was the cook, bartender, waitress and shuttle driver. They had a sold out crowd with families because of the Powerade Wrestling Clinic.
