"We arrived at 2am (travel delays) to find a property that strongly smelled of smoke in the front room of the property, the bathroom, and the back room. There is an ashtray directly outside the front door for smoking and clearly that has permeated the property. We stayed that night and immediately moved in with family the following morning. With an infant and an asthmatic wife, staying was absolutely non negotiable"
