"Loved very clean and safe "

"This is a beautiful hotel, which I have stayed in before. Unfortunately on my arrival I slipped and fell pretty badly on the pavement outside the hotel. The staff were so lovely and kind - they rushed outside to help me, and to make sure I was ok. They then upgraded me to a suite, and made sure to check in on me on the days that followed. Thanks to all the staff for your concern and kindness, and for making me feel very cared for. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Tampa."

"We admit that we have stayed at the Hotel Tampa Riverwalk (the old Sheraton) for the past 3 years because it was on the Riverwalk. So happy they canceled this year. We took the suggestion from our adult kids who stayed at your hotel for Gasperilla in 2024. "Don’t judge a book by its cover. The outside of the hotel plus the lobby is out dated and needs to have better curb appeal. If the room was bad, I was going to eat the cost and go somewhere else. The room was updated, clean, nice and extremely quiet. It is close to the highway but you would never know it. Like I mentioned room was quiet. Would stay here again."
