"For the price and value the hotel was great. Although sometimes hard to find someone at the front desk. When we did, Alex was very helpful. I realize there is a staffing shortage but we were supposed to check in at 3pm and our room was not ready until after 4pm. This would not have been a problem but we were sitting there since Noon. You would think given the fact we were at the hotel, they would have done our rooms first. Alex handled it well even though things were out of his control. The...
