"The hotel is dated and in need of some upgrades. We had multiple rooms and had issues with one of them with no hot water. Another had a toilet that didn’t work properly. At the front desk, we heard similar complaints. It was ok to stay here especially for its location. "

"This is a great place for a solo traveler. Also great for couples. I met people from all over the world and everyone was very social. The place was great and Lucia and Dani were very nice from check in to check out. They will hold your bags if you arrive before check in. That was very nice!"

"Irma the concierge was excellent. Very helpful and friendly. Staff was very friendly. Location is about 35 min walk from Medano beach, so be aware of that, and it is at the top of a steep hill. Good for exercise but not if you have difficulty walking. The restaurant on site is Italian, not Mexican food. The room was good, very spacious, very nice view of town and ocean. Price was affordable."

"Its by a noisy busy street so traffic is pretty audible all night. The 1st flr rm i stayed in had no aircon, tv reception, phone ,hot water. Its really barebones room. Just dont come here. The reservstion at expedia was for $39 but on checking in they say its $50. I think expedia is needs to rectify this change of pricing. "
