"Unable to check in at 3 as required. Messed around for over an hour. Given the code for my room and it was already taken. Mine was a large room with a double bed. I was given a substitute small room with single bed that squeaked everytime you moved. Stuff on the side for hot drinks but no kettle or mug. An utter shambles of a place in poor condition "

"Stayed 1 night to catch early ferry next morning...wouldn't want to stay longer No remote control for television . No toiletries I think you get what you pay for . Room we used had a small kitchen area with nothing in cupboards, empty fridge space , Free car park good "

"Comfortable clean room with great bed and lots of complimentary toiletries. Fully stocked tray with teas, coffees and biscuits replenished each day. Service was amazing and so helpful. Great secure parking and proximity to Lymington town which had great shops, bars and restaurants. The Saturday market was fantastic. Can’t wait to go back for another visit. "
