Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and quiet although the fabric could do with a bit of attention which I will feedback to the hotel directly. Despite that, I would probably stay again. "

"Hotel is being renovated at moment so rooms are basic but was in right location to visit o2 academy . Check in guy was lovely, car park aswell so suited our needs for one night."

"We had a lovely break in the Townhouse It was very convenient for sightseeing and very clean and well appointed. The only criticism would be that the property is let for 6 people (although there were 4 in our group) but there was only comfortable seating for 3 in the lounge."
