Upon booking I added a note to say it was my partners birthday and we got into the room to see balloons, birthday messages written on the mirror and some drinks waiting for us, really great touch! Spacious and comfortable. Carpet probably could do with a deep clean or replacing but didn't bother us, other than that it was super clean and comfortable beds and pillows. "

"Good location close to the city center. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was standard but good. It's worth buying the day before you eat. This saves you approximately 5 pounds."

My additional request was accommodated. I ate with a friend in both the restaurant and bar in an evening both the food and service were really good."
